I am Re/Max! I have been a licensed broker since 1992 and have been with Re/Max as a full time agent for approximately 10 years out of the almost 20 years selling! I am professional & base my business on the pillars of Integrity, Honesty, Trust, Knowledge & Excellence in Communication. I am 100% dedicated to my clients. I pride myself in exquisite customer service.

My journey began as my mother's unlicensed assistant...to licensed assistant...to Broker Associate with BH&G, to the Employing Managing Broker of my own company Pulse Realty, LLC & back to Re/Max! I know the benefits of this "company" & the support is amazing! It really is my "Family". One of my favorite sayings is that "Most kids get a pacifier as a baby....I got a lock box!" My family has been involved with Real Estate residential, new construction, building, commercial, and development in Colorado and Wyoming for over 35 years. Yes, this means I have contacts...Contacts for subcontractor and just about everything else in town... I'm a Townie!

I am a Native Coloradoan, born and raised in Fort Collins, (Laporte) and have lived in the area for all but my freshman year of college - where I attended Pacific Lutheran University on a partial scholarship for academics and music. I moved back and completed my undergraduate studies with a B.S in Arts & Humanities - with my focus in Speech Communications. I am a Delta Delta Delta alumnae from our Theta Lambda Chapter here in Fort Collins. I may be inspired to continue my education and work toward my MBA in Marketing...we'll see.

I am a proud mother of David...Born in 2004! Thus the move back to Re/Max...from my own company. I decided it was better time spent caring for my son...vs. all of the operation details of running and supervising a Real Estate Company.  David has needed some additional support and therapy through the years --- and luckily I have been able to dedicate my time toward his development and growth. He was first thought to be on the Autism spectrum - with speech language delay and sensory issues. We as a family have almost earned our "PhD" in Autism, Aspberger's, Sensory Integration Disorder and more...working toward a mainstream educational coarse and socially acceptable behavior for David.

I recently completed the Personal Success Institute Woman's Leadership Program. I have held leadership positions as a volunteer staff member for these seminars...dedicating hours and hours to the success of others reaching their dreams! 

Some of my dreams include and are not limited to Traveling! Scuba Diving - since I have my Advanced Open Water Certification through PADI. I skydive, love Harley Davidson, Kaeroke, Live Music, Wine (not necessarily "fine") - although I have been a wine consultant and know a little about it...and have been to Napa/Sonoma. I am 80% fluent in Spanish - Love Mexico! I have attained a love for cooking...and have gained a greater appreciation for dining out. Yoga & Walking are my major sources of release & clarity. I set intentions & goals. I believe we can be, do or have anything we want.

And...I love to help people get what they want! I believe we are here to help each other. I am grateful for the past and current clients that I am working with and welcome more and more. I am grateful for my fellow agents and management...for their knowledge and support in Real Estate and Life. I have an excellent rapport within the Real Estate Community in Northern Colorado and continuously work toward a Win/Win solution for all transactions.
